Just about got everything sorted again, once the new springs went on the back of the ute i had to drop the towball as the front of the van was too high, got all that done yesty and now waiting for the rain to pass so i can repack the ute after we culled some more stuff into storage. Back to sydney tmw as we just got a text from Damian, Kellie isnt waiting till the 25th and our grandson is due about 5 mins ago!
the bolt head arrowed, is supposed to sit on top of the plate that it is hiding under.

all eight of the nuts to secure the roof rack were left like this!

I was just a little annoyed when I found these, also meant stuff that was meant to go on the roof couldnt, because i wasnt game to put any weight on the thing while it was secured on bloody sky hooks! Must say, the sales manager from moorebank, Robert, was fantastic, was only interested in getting it fixed ASAP, and he did!

FINALLY, got the ute back last friday(01mar). We left sydney about 1000 on saturday, stopped at Narranderra last night and Renmark tonight, with early start should be it Edithburgh after lunch tmw and maybe even start back later in the arvo. Seems to drive OK, so starting to feel it may be OK. Has to go back in april, mazda dont have the left rear flare in stock, and the 4X4 stickers behind the rear wheels went missing(I feel so naked without them) All my time and effort in putting pub stickers on the canopy, gone! have to go back and get new ones! My smart arse brother in law made me up a new Merlin sign for the back window, and, one that is upside down, one that is back to front.... reckons no matter how I park you will still be able to read it!  We have a brochure for a strawberry farm near Cobram, so look likes we go back along vic border to Albury and give them a try!
